Needs for This Law:
So the action to make education at school or at home actually happen, and to allow every child the right to education. To provide education for all children and meet the educational needs of all children. This act is so children continue their education to secondary school and they may then choose to use their skills they have learnt from school to take to the workforce if they choose to drop out. The act was also made to allow parents and communities to be apart of their children's education.

-the new compulsory education period for a child is from the age of 5 and 6 months until the child turns 17
